  7. Scraps  is a Freeform Personal Information Manager (PIM)  for
  8. your  PC.   Why  do you need a  freeform  PIM?   Because  you
  9. probably have more `random' information than any other  kind,
  10. it takes a freeform PIM to really manage that effectively.

  12. Because  Scraps is totally freeform it does not force you  to
  13. fit  your  information  into  any  artificial  categories  or
  14. formats.  Just scribble the information down and Scraps  will
  15. completely index it.  Ever word in every entry is effectively
  16. cross-referenced with every other entry.

  18. Scraps  locates  entries  when you need  them.   The  special
  19. indexing  scheme  mean that indexing and searching  all  work
